Book O101 - Penalties:

  • CEM.1.301A - Style Citation: written warning issued for first time aesthetic offenders.

  • CEM.1.301B - Probation of Relevance: Brand placed under observation for creative stagnancy.

  • CEM.1.301C - Temporary Trend Suspension: Prohibition from releasing new collections until reform.

  • CEM.1.301D - Public Apology Requirement: Mandatory campaign admitting stylistic errors.

  • CEM.1.301E - Community Service of Aesthetic Reform: Offender must design capsule collection promoting ethical values.

  • CEM.1.301F - Confiscation of Excess Inventory: Symbolic removal of overproduced goods.

  • CEM.1.301G - Mandatory Design Workshop Attendance: Offender required to attend the Style Academy for retraining.

Categories:

C1 - Infraction: Warning (i.e., Issue a style citation for Book O107).

C2 - Misdemeanor: Public Re-education (i.e., Book O106).

C3 - Felony: Probation (i.e., Book O108).

C4 - High Crime: Suspension/ Exile (i.e., Book O109).

C5 - Capital Offense: Excommunication (i.e., Book O110).

Special Clauses:
